Your business took care of me, the same day I called. The problem turned out to be more serious than I originally thought, but your service/repairman convinced me to up-grade my system.   I had a great experience this morning with Precision . I called at 8 am to have someone come out to look at my garage door that wasn't operating properly. The technician came out by 8:45. He was very polite and friendly and fixed my opener right away, making adjustments to make it work better. He was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Precision because of this young mans helpfulness.

Today's call was for a simple problem with an external keypad, readily solved by your technician (Nick). When that job was done he asked if I would like a general performance review, to which I agreed. Nick identified problems with wheels and springs that he explained to me, although I had not noticed any problems. Because he seemed trustworthy and your firm has been reliable in the past, I agreed to the suggested work, which he did with a supporting technician rapidly and well.
