  What a good experience out of a bad situation. My doors spring cut loose on a Saturday afternoon braking cables and wheels so I made some calls and was not satisfied with other companies on the phone till I called Precision door Repair. I was comforted by the man on the phone and reassured I was in competent hands. Also five minutes later I received a call from my tech Ivan telling me he would be there in 30 min.....he was GREAT Knowledgeable and explained all repairs I needed then performed them a expedient manner. It was great working with true professionals...THANK YOU!

  Ivan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, what was needed and the cost. He explained that the rollers would need replaced in the future and he could do that today and what the increase in cost would be. I had no concerns with having Ivan at my residence. He is a very good representative of your firm.
