  My tech was Caleb. He repaired the door as opposed to claiming I surely need a new one, which was great. He repaired it in a timely manner and the results were as expected. He was friendly, honest and was not deceitful in the least. I think the repair job will last for many years.

  A job well done. Jay was here in the timeframe explained by the office and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with my garage door spring. He explained what was going to happen, what could happen after than and what my choices were. I made my choice and he got the job done in relative proper timeframe. He was courteous and able to get the job done in what I considered a very short time frame. I am pleased and have confidence I made the right decision.
