  Review:
  The technician was great. My only concern is why wasn't the adjustment to the door made when you were here the first time when u put in new springs, rollers and cables. I had to call you back out a few months later because the door continued to not close properly. If this would have been adjusted the first time I wouldn't have to have paid the $195 service charge again. Little disappointed at having to pay this charge twice.

  Review:
  In the end I was very pleased. However, during the process I was a little upset because I had to continually contact you to see what was going on. Then your warehouse gave the installer the wrong colored outer edge seal. He now needs to return with the correct one to finish the install. I have requested he phone prior to even starting out because we may not be home And we have a gate that we keep closed when we are not here. However, if we know ahead that he coming it can be left open if its not for an extended period of time. Thanks
