  Called the emergency number Sunday night. The rep promised a technician between 8 and 10 am Monday, and Kyle was there very promptly at 8:10. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us an estimate. The repair took several hours to complete, and during that time Kyle kept us updated on its progress. Once the repair was completed, Kyle took the time to explain how the system works and even helped reprogram vehicles with the new remote codes. Overall a very outstanding and professional job.

He removed the old door, tracks and opener and installed the new door, opener and key pad in less than 4 hours. I originally chose Precision Doors because of their price, but now I would choose them not only for their price, but also for the quality of their work and customer service.
