  I was very pleased with the service. Phone response was great. Had an initial service time cancellation,but timely communication. 2 very professional fellows showed up the next day on time. Explanation of problems was good and recommendations detailed in scope and price. Ended up spending a bit more than I had hoped, but got all new top notch equipment. Work was done very professional,fully cleaned up and good explanations of how everything works. I was very pleased and would recommend them anytime Job well done.

  We were in a very serious predicament with an out of town trip planned for a Sunday and not returning for a week. We placed a call and Josh was our tech, he was excellent in his customer service, knowledge and effectiveness. Much appreciated. He made us feel better about the whole situation as soon as he arrived and assured us that the work would be completed in plenty of time for us to make our reservations.

  Thank you Precision door and Kyle! Kyle repaired my garage door and the door runs better than it did when it was new. He was punctual and polite. Kyle explain everything that needed to be done and found the best deal that worked for me. If I ever have problems with my garage door again I would definitely would call Precision. If you need something done I would recommend Precision Door.

  Sebastian did a great job. He arrived when he said. He repaired the door opener and adjusted the door. Did a full service. We purchased this new garage door and opener about two years ago from Precision for about $4,000. Unfortunately, the service call charge seemed excessive. As retired and living on our social security, we simply cannot afford to have Precision do our next service call. We'll be calling a mom and pop shop in the future.

Only two hours after he left, we received a phone call from the office to schedule our installation. We also received a phone call to check on how our meeting with Sebastian went. On all accounts, this company is the best we have dealt with in the Casa Grande area!
