  Our son returned from the gym late last evening. Shortly after he entered the house, we heard a loud crash in the garage. Upon inspection, we found the spring had snapped as the garage door was closing. We called this morning and Josh was at the house by noon. He replaced the spring and installed a new opener. Service was a little more expensive than anticipated but we are extremely happy with the promptness and efficiency in which the work was completed. We will definitely use Precision in the future should the need arise.
