In dealing with this company, from the estimate , to the receptionist, to the technician who came out to do the job, I had nothing short of great customer service. The technician who came out to do the work was Ivan. He was extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable in his work. He was very thorough, answered my many questions, and was very up front with what he thought regarding the condition of other garage parts. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Company as a whole, and Ivan in particular. I will recommend this company to others that I hear need work on their garage doors.
