My only (somewhat) negative comment was that the overall cost was expensive, more than I had anticipated. However, I'm sure it is in line with other companies.   I had an excellent experience buying new garage doors and opener with Precision - from scheduling a technician to arrive at my home (by phone), discussing my options with a professional technician at my home, receiving a phone call from a manager the same day to further discuss options and costs, to having the new doors installed along with a new opener. The technicians were professional in appearance and straight forward and clear in speech. A follow up call allowed me to voice any concerns or question and to collect final payment. I'm very pleased with my new doors and the quality of service provided by Precision.

  Review:
  My garage door was opening by itself at random times. Precision came to my home within 4 hours of the time that I called them, fixed the opener problem, and also noticed several broken rollers on the door. The rollers were replaced and the door opens much more easily and is much less noisy. I will call Precision again if I have a garage door problem.
