  This is my second time using Precision. With that being the service was excellent once again. Sebastien was the technician and was great. He explained the problem with the door and detailed my options. He understood I was not looking to break the bank and worked with me to ensure what needed to get repaired was completed. He even spent time with me locating hinges online I could purchase and replace myself in order to save money.

  Our technician Chris was fantastic. Arrived in a short time, called ahead, walked me through what was needed and was in and out easily. The parts were a bit pricy but it’s worth the lifetime warranty you get - haven’t seen anyone back their products like that elsewhere. Would definitely use them again, especially the same tech!

  The technician was very informative. He explained what the cost was for the various services I inquired about. Even though I passed on most of the services he was provided exceptional customer service. The only disturbing thing is that I ended up paying $200 to have some oil squirted into my door hinges.
