  I chose Precision for several reasons: Our neighbor had used Precision and was very satisfied with the results. I read reviews as well- everyone rated them very well. Most importantly, they were able to come out at 7pm on a Sunday when the main spring broke- we couldn't even get the garage door open to get out! We opted to get the double spring on the door so if one failed we would still be able to open the door manually. We were very pleased with the professionalism and how quickly Precision was able to come out.

  Five Stars! Today I worked with Nick Hussing, and unfortunately learned I needed much more than new rollers and a lube. The good thing was that Nick was my serviceman-- he knew the signs of wear, had quality parts, and explained how every part worked. Nick was fast, courteous, and knowledgable. I did not feel 'sold', and am looking forward to the installation of a new belt drive.

  I called Precision twice in the last six months (different issues) - both times they had someone there same day! They arrived when they said they would, service was professional and I felt they really looked at my system thoroughly to get eliminate kinks and future problems. I do not feel they oversold me on repairs or parts. I trust this business for my future needs.
